What the job involves

Take orders at the counter and make drinks and desserts exactly as ordered.

Take card and transfer payments; the shop takes no cash. Confirm a transfer before handing over the drink.

Keep the counter, the machines and the seating clean through the shift.

Learn the menu well enough to help someone who has never had bubble tea choose.

Work the weekend rush as part of a team.

What we are looking for

Any customer-facing or food-service experience helps — retail, fast food, hospitality. It does not need to be bubble tea.

Reliable and on time. That matters more to us than qualifications.

Available across shifts, including weekends. No SSCE, OND or degree certificate is required, and no previous experience is needed: we train you on the recipes, the machines and the till.

The shop is in Novare Mall on the Lekki-Epe Expressway at Sangotedo, Lagos. It is a short trip from Ajah, VGC, Abraham Adesanya, Awoyaya, Lakowe and the wider Lekki corridor, and the mall sits right on the expressway that the buses run along.

About the shop

Bing Chun is a bubble tea, ice cream and dessert shop inside Novare Mall on the Lekki-Epe Expressway at Sangotedo, Lagos — in the food court, between the cinema and Kilimanjaro. Every drink is made when a customer orders it: brewed tea, fresh milk and real fruit, with sweetness, ice and toppings chosen per cup. The brand started in 2012 and has several shops in Nigeria; this is the Novare Mall one.

Your employer is Belu Meals Limited, the company that operates the Bing Chun franchise in Nigeria. Bing Chun sets the recipes and the brand standards; Belu Meals employs the team, pays you and runs the shop.

Opening hours are 9am to 9pm, seven days a week, so every role works shifts inside those hours, including weekends.

Opening soon. The shop is not open yet: Bing Chun is opening soon at Novare Mall. Your start date is agreed with you and confirmed in writing before you begin.
